List of Eligible Phones for immediate Android 7.0 Nougat Update
So about three months after Google introduced Android 7.0 Nougat, it was introduced by surprise about 48 hours ago. A great reason to celebrate if you own a Nexus phone, but not so great for other mobile phone models which will get the update in the next few months.

Android 7.0 Nougat Review
So Android 7.0 Nougat is rolling out, and if you are the owner of a Nexus mobile phone then most likely you already got it. But, what does Android 7.0 offer that improves it from previous versions?
Basically these are the major improvements:
- Split Screen
- Improved notifications
- Longer battery life
- Economic Wi-Fi use
- Face Recognition
- Security Improvements
Now Google says that overall there are over 250 improvements in Android 7.0 but the way we see it is that most improvements have been made to improve the mobile phone or tablet performance and not necessarily to improve user experience.
While a better user experience is determined by an improved product it usually makes a true leap with the introduction of a new product altogether. For Android 7.0 it has mainly been improvements of old apps and device performance.
Don’t get us wrong, Android 7.0 Nougat is an improved update and a very useful one. It makes Nexus phones perform much better and quicker. However, is Nougat such an improvement from Marshmallow? We’re not that sure.
How will this Effect Dating Apps?
Well, the biggest innovation in Android 7.0 in regards to Android dating apps is the split screen. Top100DatingApps believes that this option will increase the use of simultaneous open dating apps on a user’s phone.
Every person has his or her favorite dating app at a specific time. Now members of two and more apps will suddenly remember their second choice app for dating and open it in split screen just to cover more ground.
Wrapping it up
Android 7.0 Nougat is a useful and good update. The only shame is that it is not available to all Android phones yet.
